This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what data we collect, why we do so, and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
1. What Data Do We Collect?
We process only the data necessary for the functioning of the application:
1.1 Data Provided by You
- Registration Data: Email address required for account creation and login.
- Profile Data: Name or nickname (if provided).
- User Content: Photos and videos you upload to our cloud storage.
1.2 Data Collected Automatically (Technical Data)
- Device Identifiers: Push notification tokens (FCM Token), device type, operating system version.
- Logs and Analytics: IP address, access times, crash reports (Crashlytics) for debugging purposes.
1.4 Cookies and Web Technologies
- In the case of using the web interface, we may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality (e.g., maintaining login session) and analytics. By using the website, you agree to the storage of necessary cookies.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:

3. Data Recipients (Processors)
Your data may be processed by our trusted partners who provide us with technical infrastructure:
- Google Ireland Limited (Firebase service): Provides infrastructure for the database (Firestore), user authentication (Auth), and sending notifications (Cloud Messaging). Data is stored primarily on servers in the EU, or in the USA with appropriate safeguards (Data Privacy Framework).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: Provides cloud storage services (R2) for storing your photos and videos.
- Stripe, Inc.: Ensures online payment processing.
We do not sell or provide your data to other third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention Period
- Account and Content: We keep your data for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded content will be irreversibly deleted from our systems (with the exception of backups, which are deleted gradually, and accounting documents required by law).
- Inactive Accounts: We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, following prior notification.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You have the right to know what data we process about you and to request a copy.
- Right to Rectification: You can modify your profile data at any time in the application settings.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request account cancellation and deletion of all data.
- Right to Portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured format.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

6. Security
